Disgruntled Slonim Residents To Authorities: There Is No Limit To Your Greed

The people insist on meeting their demands.

On March 19, hundreds of disgruntled Slonim residents took to the main square of the city. The protesters demanded from the authorities to answer questions that remain relevant today: why are there no jobs, where are the promised salaries, when will the officials stop robbing the people?

The conversation with the representatives of the executive committee, including Slonim "mayor" Aleh Tarhonski, turned out to be very emotional. The participants of the rally adopted a resolution. In the resolution, the people demanded to abolish the Decree number 3, to stop the rise of prices, to stop raising the retirement age, to cancel the increase of communal prices, to abolish the contact system that allows dismissing all those who are unwanted, to create conditions for private business, and to hold free elections in the country.

The demands of the people have not been fulfilled by the authorities until now.
