"They Deprive Us Of Free Medicine – It's Time For Square!"

Belarusians were creatively called upon to join the preventive rally in Minsk on September 8.

The updated version of Decree No. 3, which comes into operation from October 1, is getting more unpopular with the Belarusians. People are outraged by the statements of Lukashenka and Labor Minister Iryna Kastsevich about restricting access of the "parasites" to the social benefits guaranteed by the Constitution – first off, to free medicine.

In addition, the Russian-Belarussian exercises West-2017 in September, after which Russian troops might stay in our country, cause serious concern in the society.

Activists of the Dvizh-Basta community played with the two themes, most interesting for Belarusians, in creative posters calling for the preventive rally in Minsk on the September 8.
