The patriot is going to appeal against the unfair verdict.

Ex-figurant of the "patriots’ case" Andrei Bialiauski told Belsat that he was not satisfied with the decision of the Leninski district court of Minsk, which sentenced him to a year of restriction of freedom without sending him to the correctional facility for possessing a cartridge.

"They tried me for a cartridge – it's absurd. They just decided to punish me against the background of the previous case, to demonstrate at least one peg, and punished me," – he said.

Bialiauski calls the verdict unfair and inadequate, he is going to appeal against it.

Another ex-figurant of the "patriots' case" Miraslau Lazouski reminded that Bialiauski had no intention of using that cartridge.

"He had found it in the car that he bought, and threw it into the box as a souvenir. Not the most sensible step, but ... It was just a little mindlessness, but there was little fun at the end," – he states.
