Minibus Hits Milk Truck Near Kalinkavichy

Five women were killed.

Five people died and one got to the intensive care department as a result of the road accident which happened near Kalinkavichy today, the Investigatory Committee informs, tut.by writes.

It has been preliminarily established that today at about 10.55 in the morning, a VW Transporter minibus came racing out to the oncoming traffic lane at the 176th kilometer of the M10 road, and hit the milk truck.

As a result of the road accident, five passengers of the minibus died on the spot, the driver is in the intensive care.

The operative investigatory team is working at the site.

A complicated situation occurred on the Belarusian roads after this night’s snowfall. Meteorologists warned that on November 14 there might be heavy downfall (rain, wet snow) at some places in the country, and black frost on the roads in some areas. According to the forecasts, the weather is to get worse this week, and the temperature regime will comply with the climate norm.
