White-Red-White Flag Is Symbol Of My First Big Victory

It was the state flag at one of the most important historical stages of Belarus.

He is often called the press secretary of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, but in fact, there are several secretaries under his command: Archpriest Siarhei Lepin, chairman of the Synodal Information Department of the Belarusian Exarchate. Father Siarhei is also the senior priest of the Church of the Transfiguration in the small town of Rakau.
