BNC Council: We Will Force Authorities Hear People

The illegal authorities are afraid of just one thing - mass protests.
The press-center of the Belarusian National Congress published the statement of the BNC Council:
"The Mafia at power is again trying to compensate for the failures of its antediluvian economic policy at the expense of the people.
The "social state" has become a fiction. Jobs are cut, but the retirement age is growing. Hundreds of thousands of people need to look for work in a foreign country to feed their families. The payment for housing and communal services is increasing, especially in dormitories. In large cities, they deploy dangerous production enterprises which are banned in normal countries, obviously not for free.
A new version of the "decree on parasites" has been adopted, under which families of one and a half million Belarusians who are forced to work in other countries can fall. Under this decree, the commissions of the district officials now have the right to send unemployed people to the labour and detoxification centers for years without the right to appeal.
They want to force people to work for the authorities for a penny. Yes, and keep them in submission on the contract chain. The illegal authorities are afraid of just one thing - mass protests.
The state holiday of Labor Day - May 1 - is coming. May Day was originally a day of people fighting for their rights. Official unions together with local authorities organize mass celebrations on this day.
The Belarusian National Congress calls on citizens to use the permitted activities to declare our right to a decent life - to work normally with a normal salary, to a decent pension, to clean water and air, before the authorities on the Labor Day. We will return Mayday its true meaning.
We will go out to official festive events with our demands, posters and flags. We will publicly announce our problems. This is the only way to force the authorities to hear us and stop the mocking experiments on the people.
