Riot Police Detain Kurapaty Defenders In Minsk

The activists distributed information with the call to boycott the restaurant in Kurapaty.

Officers of the Minsk riot police detained the European Belarus activists Volha Nikalaychyk and Leanid Kulakou, as well as another activist who came to picket the restaurant "Grand Kushavel", owned by the co-owner of the scandalous entertainment complex near Kurapaty, Radio Liberty informs.

The action lasted for only a few minutes. The activists were warned that their action was not sanctioned, and then taken to a minibus. The activists could not distribute their leaflets condemning the activities of the owner of the restaurant, who does not want to close down the entertainment center near Kurapaty.
