Lukashenka Appointed Some New Local Officials

Two young heads of capital districts have become deputy chairmen of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Lukashenka has agreed to the appointment of heads of local executive and administrative bodies, BelTA reports.

In Minsk, two heads of district administrations, Aliaksandr Darakhovich and Artsiom Tsuran, who until now headed Zavadski and Frunzenski districts of Minsk, have been promoted.

Now they will work as deputy chairmen of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Hennadz Barysiuk has been appointed deputy chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee. Prior to that, he worked as head of the administration of Leninski district of Brest. In turn, this post will be occupied by Valiantsin Milasheuski, who is the deputy chairman of the standing commission of the “house of representatives” on health care, physical education, family and youth policy.

Pavel Silivonchyk will change the post of Naroulia regional executive committee chairman to a similar position in Vetka district. Ruslan Smirnou, who has worked until now as deputy chairman of the Zhlobin district executive committee, has become the new Naroulia regional executive committee chairman.

Vital Sushko will be promoted from the post of first deputy chairman, head of the department of agriculture and food of the Rahachou regional executive committee. Now he will head this district. Aleh Behunets, who previously worked as the first deputy chairman, head of the department of agriculture and foodstuffs at the Staradarozhski district executive committee, will become the Vileika district executive committee chairman.

Aliaksandr Lomski has been approved for the position of Niasvizh regional executive committee chairman. Previously, he headed Kletsk district. In turn, Anatol Ladyha will become Kletsk district executive committee chairman after working as the director of the OJSC Tsimirazeuski in Kopyl district.

Viktar Kaliada will change the post of the Lahoisk district head to a similar one in Pukhavichy district. Dzmitry Zablotski has been approved for the position of Zhodzino municipal executive committee chairman, he holds the position of deputy chairman of the permanent “house of representatives” committee for industry, the fuel and energy complex, transport and communications.
