Where is the logic?

Former deputy prime minister, and now assistant to Lukashenka, inspector of the Mahiliou region Mikhail Rusy, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Council of Ministers. This is approved by the decision of the Council of Ministers #773 of November 18, 2019, reports Euroradio.

The official was awarded “for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, a significant personal contribution to the development of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Belarus and the implementation of the state policy.”

Meanwhile, Rusy was exiled to his current position this spring after Aliaksandr Lukashenka arrived in the Shklou district and arranged the “cow shed scandal”. Before this, Rusy held the post of Deputy Prime Minister. Along with Rusy, Lukashenka exiled ex-Minister of Agriculture Leanid Zayts to Mahiliou, who was appointed Chairman of the Mahiliou regional executive committee.
