Public Activist Ilaryjon Trusau Detained In Kurapaty

The activist was taking part in a protest campaign to defend the tract.

In the evening of July 14th, the police detained public activist Ilaryjon Trusau, who was taking part in the Kurapaty watch. The video of the detention was posted on his Facebook page by public activist Yauhen Batura.

A representative of the Belarusian Language Society, Hryhor Asaul, was detained with him. According to the activists, they were taken to the Barauliany district police department.
