Tax Authorities Triple-Checked Sole Trader Who Sells Cheap Goods

In 2019, the Homel tax authorities came three times with monitoring to an individual entrepreneur who sells cheap goods. And each time, the inspectors had questions to this trader. This follows from the information on the website of the Ministry of Taxation's inspection of Homel region.

In total, the Homel tax inspectors conducted 197 monitoring in 2019, 25 of which were carried out among sole traders. "For repeated violations, identified in the course of the monitoring, 31 business entities were held liable for a total of 4.2 thousand rubles," - the inspection of the Ministry of Taxation in Navabelitski district of Homel informs.

Tax officials came to one of the sole traders with monitoring three times.

- Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxation of Navabelitski district of Homel three times monitored the individual entrepreneur, engaged in retail sales of "cheap" goods in two commercial facilities. In each case, violations have been established, expressed in taking cash while selling goods without the use of cash equipment, - the Inspectorate of Tax Ministry for Navabelitski district of Homel reports.

After the monitoring, protocols on administrative violations were drawn up against two sellers of trade facilities, and they were fined.
