Hospitals are turning into hot spots of infection.

A Polatsk resident with minor pneumonia has been hospitalized in the town hospital. Out of 11 patients of the ward, in which she was staying, three patients proved to have coronavirus, the "Basta!" telegram channel reports.

"My sister was undergoing a medical examination for employment, - the reader writes. - The lung X-ray showed a slight pneumonia and she was hospitalized in the Polatsk Town Hospital № 1.

As she is not a conflict person, she went to the hospital, hoping for the professionalism of doctors. They took a blood test for coronavirus, the doctors said the test was negative. There was no fever. She's been staying there for two weeks now. During this time, they only took two blood tests for the virus.

In two days, 11 people with pneumonia came in, and they were all in the same ward.

Eventually, three people had a positive blood test on Covid-19. The people at the hospital have to wait a week for swabs on the virus. And they're sharing a ward with people who don't know if they have coronavirus or not. The lung x-ray's gonna be repeated at the end of the week. After discharge, two weeks of self-isolation.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones! I'm not dissuading anyone from hospitalization! But as the situation shows, there's a better chance of catching coronavirus there."
