The editor-in-chief of Nasha Niva, Yahor Martsinovich, was released after three days of detention. Relatives and colleagues gathered to meet him at Akrestsina Street. There were about 20 people in total.

The editor-in-chief of the Nasha Niva newspaper told tut.by that he remains in the status of a suspect.

"My conscience is as clear as possible, I have nothing to fear," says the journalist, commenting on the claims made to him.

On Monday, Yahor Martsinovich will have to appear in court, where his administrative case for "participation in an unauthorized mass action" will be considered.

Let us remind you that on September 23, Yahor Martsinovich's house was searched. After that, he was taken for interrogation to the central office of the Investigative Committee. After the interrogation, he was placed in the detention center on Akrestsina Street. A criminal case has been initiated against the journalist under Article 188 of the Criminal Code ("Slander").
