NATO Secretary General: It's Not Too Late For Ukraine To Win
JENS STOLTENBERG

He called on allies to speed up the delivery of military aid to Kyiv.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has called on allies to speed up the delivery of military aid to Kyiv. Speaking in Berlin on Thursday, April 25, the secretary-general stressed that in recent months NATO allies have not delivered the support they promised Ukraine. ‘But it is not too late for Ukraine to win, because more support is on the way,’ he pointed out.

Stoltenberg reminded that the US Congress recently approved a multi-billion dollar aid package for Ukraine, and additional funding and military supplies have also been announced by other NATO members, notably the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.

‘It is now our responsibility to turn these commitments into real deliveries of weapons and ammunition - and to do it as quickly as possible,’ the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation chief stressed.
