Lukashenka Preparing To Flee To Russia?

The dictator was given a huge plot in the most expensive place in the Russian Federation.

A giant plot of land in Sochi, which belonged to the Republic of Belarus, was sold for next to nothing to firms linked to Lukashenka personally. We are talking about 1000 hectares of land in Krasnaya Polyana. There is simply no more expensive place in Russia. And now these 10 hectares of land, the market value of which can reach $100 million, are transferred from the ownership of the Belarusian state to the possession of the company, which is owned by ‘Vector Energy Innovation FZCO,’ registered in the United Arab Emirates.

The investigation about it was released by Belpol and Belsat.

The plot of 97,248 m² in the elite resort village of Krasnaya Polyana within the borders of Sochi belonged to the Republic of Belarus by right of ownership since 2013 - it was received after the ratification of the agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on the mutual transfer of ownership of land plots. That is, it was exchanged for Belarusian territory. And transferred to the operational management of the state institution of ‘Sanatorium Belarus’, which is part of the structure of enterprises of the Department of Affairs of Aliaksandr Lukashenka.

On February 18, 2022, the notary of the Sochi notarial district Larionova certified the contract of sale and purchase of this plot. The contract was signed on behalf of the seller by the director of the sanatorium ‘Belarus’ Hennadz Kalesnik - a native of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, former head of the Mahiliou College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Dynama sports society.

This plot got into Lukashenka's pocket through the straw company.

According to the investigation, Complex-Invest is going to build a residential complex of ‘Krasnaya Polyana’ in Sochi with three elite cottages of more than 300 m² each, a hotel, a restaurant complex and a huge 1002 m² host chalet.

The owner's cottage has, among other things, a ski room, a sauna, kitchens for cold and hot meals, an office and several bedrooms. The underground floor has a swimming pool, baths, and a security office.

‘It is still in active construction, it has not been put into operation yet,’ the technical department of the Krasnodargrazhdanproekt company replied to Belsat about the complex.
