The dictator said that people were killed without trial in Belarus.

During the so-called "message to the people and the Parliament" Lukashenka admitted to non-judicial massacres:

"Should I take harsh decisions as it used to be during my first years of presidency, when people were killed on highway Moscow-Berlin? When I sent a few reliable people with guns to shoot a half," the dictator stated.

It’s not the first time when the dictator states that people were killed without any trial in Belarus. In 2013 during the press-conference for the Russian media, the dictator also told about such methods practiced on the highway Moscow-Berlin:

"There were several groups, cool cars and made a trap on this highway. All those criminals who resisted were shot at the scene. There were three execution groups. And now everything is fine," Lukashenka stated.
