The story was made up to remind everyone of him. Look, they are talking about him for the third day in a row in Belarus, Russia, even America mentioned its denial of participation, then Poland and Ukraine... All bloggers and journalists.

Everyone knows that this is nonsense, but the main thing is to discuss it! To be mentioned, to somehow legitimize himself. To do this, he created intrigue with the "decree he has been thinking about for 26 years". There is nothing worse for him than being ignored. Any psychologist will tell you that people with a similar diagnosis (mosaic psychopathy) need to be the centre of attention all the time. He lived and lives for it.
